Agency conditions (March 2022 - December 2022):

1. It has independent legal personality, perfect financial system, and general taxpayer qualification;

2. Have sales team, customer base, and after-sales technical support capabilities;

3. The customer's application field is compatible with Hongze Weiye products, and those with agency experience are preferred;

4. With the ability to stock up, each distribution market has authorized stores (spot flagship stores);

5. Have mall, platform promotion and marketing capabilities.

6. Tariffs and tasks:

  1) Authorized dealer: 300,000 deposit. The sales task is 3 million per year.

  2) Authorized regional agent: 500,000 yuan deposit. The sales task is 5 million/year.

  3) China authorized agent: 1 million deposit. The sales task is 10 million per year.

  4) Authorized international agent: 300,000 deposit.

  5) Authorized public mall platform: deposit/10,000. One-time shipment/10,000. Price system discount/%, annual sales task amount/10,000; (to be determined);

7. The authorization period for each contract is 2 years. After completing the task every year, it is eligible for renewal;

8. After signing the power of attorney, the company issues an agency certificate and publicizes the agency column of the website.

Proxy application:

1. Agent (dealer) information registration form;

2. Agency (dealer) agreement;

3. Application form for special offer for major customers;

4. Rebate rules for agents (dealers);

5. Agent (dealer) sales contract;

6. New customer (large customer) filing registration form;

Rights and Duties of Official Agents:

1. Business cards, websites and publications must display the Hongze Weiye brand LOGO;

2. After authorization, the Hongze Weiye website will display the agent information;

3. Hongze Weiye has exhibition or advertising publications, which can issue materials and promotions to agents;

4. Regular technical and business training for agents;

5. Agents and major customers will be protected after filing;

Termination agency (unilateral termination right):

1. During the agency period, it was found that the business card, website and publication did not display the Hongze Weiye brand LOGO,

2. If it is found that most of the products owned by its own brand or other competing brands are in conflict, Hongze Weiye has the right to unilaterally terminate the agency qualification;

3. Customers have complained about business services more than 3 times, or counterfeit our products or other products:

4. If the company is in arrears with the payment for goods, and the authorization is not fulfilled within six months or one year:

5. Negative publicity of Hongzeweiye products or damage to its reputation;
